RATES & AVAILABILITY

6 Adas Terrace is available all year and is booked weekly in high season from approximately May Bank Holiday to Mid-September and also during public holidays. Weeks are from 2pm Friday until 12pm the following Friday. During the remainder of the year we welcome short breaks which are flexible and good value for money. The rental of a 3 night break is 75% of the weekly tariff for that period, 4 nights is 80% and 5 nights is 85%.

If you decide to return to 6 Adas Terrace then we give you 5% off the weekly rate, return more than twice and there is 10% off.

Rates are lower than typical ‘hire cottages’, in return please leave the house as you would like to find it i.e. clean and tidy (or take the easy option and book our cleaner, cost £24, see housekeeping for more details).
